Add item description

When pressing on an item's name, the app should show a form with the following components:

- A textfield to edit the item's name
- A textfield to edit the item's description
- A cancel button
- A submit button
- A delete button

The description should be displayed under the item's name on the shopping list, with a smaller and less opaque font.
