Missing modules and reproducible code for the STAR pipeline

I am currently trying to reproduce the STAR pipeline and the reported scores in the paper.
But, I noticed a few missing parts in the repository. I currently cannot reproduce the reported score.

Are there any plans to release the complete, reproducible code for the STAR pipeline?
