mdl.nmt.Nmt() to use our way of embeddings for skills and experts

Currently, the nmt wrapper uses the openmt for embeddings of words (skills and experts for our case). Let's add a feature that it also can use our way of embeddings using t2v instances including d2v and gnn-based.
