    <p><span class="greeting">同学，你好！</span>博士生/硕士生在科研上是导师的同事与合作伙伴。为了让几年共同奋斗有一个彼此都满意的结果，我想真诚地阐明以下想法，供参考。<strong>请在认可的基础上再联系我选我，我们提前互相"避雷"，以免错选影响你的人生规划和我的职业生涯</strong>。</p>

    <ol>
<li>诚信靠谱：根据经验，<strong>推免本科生、博士申请考核生极易出<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/487277766" target="_blank">海王</a></strong>。不是真心想来的同学<strong>请别联系</strong>，浪费我时间和名额。如果你水平很高，估计在我们这里做科研也收获不到什么，那你开始就应去找你认为水平更高的导师。</li>

<li>身心健康：学术界高度内卷，科研压力大，<strong>精神内耗严重、个性偏激、玻璃心、焦虑、抑郁等心理疾病</strong>和中国传统意义上的严师出高徒是相悖的，极易引发<strong>灾难性的后果</strong>。如你有此类困扰且常复发，非常不建议来我组。</li>

<li>招生目的：学校<a href="https://www.bjtu.edu.cn/xxxtrmzn/162744.htm" target="_blank">规定</a>全日制招生指标基于项目额度换算，有代价。招研究生<strong>绝不是做慈善，任由学生躺平、混学位或整日琢磨出去实习、找工作</strong>，而是为了师生合力，完成科研项目，达到导师的考核指标和学生的培养要求。</li>

<li>热爱专业：希望你是因为热爱而选择计算机专业，而不仅仅是将保研或考研的成功作为目标，<strong>没有兴趣和自驱力做不好研究</strong>，最终师生双方都<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/429059603" target="_blank">受罪</a>。此外，学院规定<strong>推免生要过机试</strong>，如不会算法和编程，几乎进不来。</li>

<li>家庭支持：攻读博士往往存在很多<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/59323074" target="_blank">客观不确定性因素</a>，除了<strong>学生内心强大、坚持努力</strong>以外，<strong>家庭和睦与父母支持非常重要</strong>。常因家事影响心态，或父母更希望你早入社会、赚钱养家或极度着急催毕业、催生孩子的，勿来。</li>

<li>能力培养：我希望培养出的学生理论研究和工程研发并重，<strong>不能只会<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/430862162" target="_blank">推公式</a>或<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/537342945" target=blank>AI炼丹</a></strong>，而不会解决实际问题。此外，科研工作中赶ddl写材料、赴外地出差或开会等往往是必要的，相对辛苦一些。如怕吃苦、懒的动，勿来。</li>

<li>特别说明：我是一名普通教师和导师，没有<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/305278806/answer/3124779165" target="_blank">科研帽子</a>，也不在社交网络(如小红📚)上打造人设、营销自己，低调做人，但<strong>学生都是我自己指导，确保为每名学生提供工位等必要条件，学生毕业去向在主页公开</strong>，做好导师的分内之事。我的团队人不多，人尽其用，不养闲人，希望招到彼此match的学生一起合作做事，快乐科研。</li>
