    <p><span class="greeting">本科生同学，你好：</span>

    时常有<strong>本校大一到大三的同学</strong>联系进组，因此我想有必要谈谈<strong>我的个人观点和做法</strong>，主要是根据多年<strong>课外</strong>指导本科生大创/竞赛/研究(对老师都无强制要求)的<strong>大量经验教训</strong>总结而成。人生匆匆，希望我们都能<strong>把时间用在对的人和事上</strong>。</p>

<li>受客观条件如工位、精力所限，我组<strong>仅接收预期留组读硕博的本科生</strong>进组实习。若你对我的研究<strong>真感兴趣</strong>且想有所作为，那么真诚欢迎你来与我共同成长，彼此成就。如你有更高的追求，不妨直接找更高水平的老师带你。</li>

<li>当前学术界高度内卷，老师考核<a href="https://www.zhihu.com/question/1976088728318538595" target="_blank">压力极大</a>。<strong>课外培养本科生非必要的考核指标</strong>。同时对本科生来说，大创往往是临了突击完成且最终评级的不确定性高，竞赛仅有学校认定目录中的且至少获省部级奖才记为老师的工作量，做研究缺乏时间、经验且甚至只为了拿共X作者而来。因此，我们提出上一条说明，并将其作为一种正向激励。</li>

<li>对于多数本科生来说，应付学业及各类杂事等已筋疲力尽，有空更愿睡懒觉或玩游戏，可以理解。但是，我投入没有产出就等于浪费资源和时间。希望你是<strong>自来"卷"</strong>，有极强的好胜心和上进心：<strong>要么别做，要么狂卷</strong>。</li>

<li>我认为，能以个人真正努力(<strong>非蹭挂名或所谓共同X作</strong>)发表顶会顶刊论文的本科生是<strong>极少数</strong>的。正常逻辑下，好的idea为什么老师不优先交给<strong>有经验且毕业有要求的研究生</strong>而是给<strong>新手本科生</strong>来做和发表?</li>

<li><strong>大一学生请谨慎选择进组</strong>，一是课程学习和社会活动极为繁重且未上专业课程，二是成绩排名仍不稳定，三是人生规划尚未成型。即便有少数优秀的特例，也基本志不在此，意欲外推。一般来说，投入打水漂的概率极高。</li>

<li>为避免耽误学生前程，除了我组内的学生或其他同事请求帮忙推荐其学生以外，我<strong>尽量避免给不熟悉的学生出具或签署各类推荐信 (因非工作职责)</strong>，即便你选修过我教的课程并取得高分，建议请学院里的其他知名学者推荐。</li>
