Let's say a software licensed under Fair Source License exports its functionality via REST API.
A company can have an instance of the software running, and use just one gateway service to access its API, and serialize all the requests from their users through that gateway service. It can be argued that this would constitute only one 'user' of the software - the gateway service.
I think that such usage should be considered commercial usage, and require payment for the license, but can this setup be potentially used to circumvent the spirit of the license, and to use such software without payment ?
