Previously deleted theme files persist #55
Description
Fair.pm is running fair-parent-theme as its active theme. A previous iteration of this theme included a variety of SCSS partials, JS files, and build tools, but those were removed in this commit (#49a15d7).
Those artifacts are still on the server. For example, the SCSS partials are still visible via browser inspection tools (see image).
Some of these styles are overriding more recent files from the theme. It's possible that theme files are being merged with existing files vs being overwritten when new theme versions are pushed.
