Licencing and Open Source market

Hey,

What is the license for this code (there is no LICENSE file). If it is Open Source, it would be great it you pushed updates to the F-Droid open source market [0], so that people not using the Gapps (I'm sure there's another two besides me) can install it, and get update notifications.
