Sometimes there's something wrong with the experiment and need to expire it. I did it by kill all the processes created by dora, is this the correct way?

Just use the -C flag with the Dora grid command if that is what you have been using.
In case you fixed a serious bug in your code you can also use --clear to wipeout the checkpoints and restart from scratch.
