MRQA datasets split #89

Hi Authors:
I want to do some experiments on MRQA, but the script given on github does not show how to re-divide the dev set of MRQA into a new dev set and test set. Can you provide the script for the new division, or the divided dev set and test set data? Thanks in advance!
