Description
Hello Ego-Exo4D team,
I submitted my request for dataset access and signed the DUA via HelloSign on [Date, e.g., Dec 24, 2025].
I received the automated email confirming receipt, but it has been more than 48 hours and I have not yet received the credentials or a denial notification. I have also checked my spam/junk folder.
Could you please help check the status of my request? Where should I reach out to at this point? Thanks!
