Fail to download EgoExo4D datasets

Hello Ego4D teams!

I renew my EgoExo4D license today and I try to download datasets using command
egoexo -o EgoExo4D/ --views ego --parts metadata annotations take_trajectory take_point_cloud take_vrs --release v2

However, I encounter error

ERROR: could not get manifests for all parts (nothing to download)
Did you supply the right parts?

This could also be due to your internet connection.

I set my ACESS ID and KEY using aws configure. I'm lived in Korea.
I also fail just using egoexo -o EgoExo4D.
Could you help me to address this problem?

I’m having the same issue. I renewed the license, got the email that data access was granted, but I can’t download the data anymore. I also tried rebuilding the environment and configuring aws again, but the problem has not been solved.

Same here. I have renewed my license, but there has been a 403 Forbidden forever.

Same issue. Curious that the same credentials that are causing the problem (at least according to the error message) are still valid for the visualization tool...

I'm not entirely sure whether they’ve fixed it, but after abandoning my renewed token and using a newly applied token with another email, it worked.

I recommand you all to just regenerate tokens using a new address.

same error. I've been using ego4d and egoexo for years, but I think there are some internal issues now.
