Deprecated package sklearn in requirements.txt, use scikit-learn instead

Using this library with Python 3.11, when installing requirements got error that sklearn was a deprecated package and to use scikit-learn instead. Just requires modifying requirements.txt.

issue, too, when using pip install crypten.

I was able to bypass this deprecated sklearn dependency by running this instead:

pip install --no-deps scikit-learn crypten

Actually, to install all the correct dependencies, I needed to run:

pip install --no-deps scikit-learn crypten omegaconf antlr4-python3-runtime==4.9.3 onnx

Personally, I just pip installed from the directory

git clone git@github.com:facebookresearch/CrypTen.git
cd CrypTen
pip install -r requirements.txt

Before doing this, you can just modify the sklearn requirement in requirements.txt to instead be scikit-learn.
If you're doing this in a conda environment or virtual environment it works just fine. Even still, the requirements.txt should be corrected in the original repo.
