The aforementioned installation command ¹ doesn't function on CPE_NAME="cpe:/o:fedoraproject:fedora:41", because pip3.6 doesn't exist in the standard or RPMFusion additions:

This appears to be because brew creates versioned pip binaries, whereas most (if not all) Linux-based OSes' python3 packages do not. ¹ Consequently, python3.6 -m pip is its replacement. ²
