File structure

So I'm a bit confused as to why you have a /public and a /build and a /build/public and multiple index.js files. Guessing this is all a work in progress?

Are any of these files being built using babel? If not, what does build refer to? Any files that are built/compiled/transpiled from somewhere else should not be pushed up to github anyway

Yes build is from babel, we have deleted build /public
