Getting Started guide #78
Description
As someone joining the project once its already been started, I would love some Getting Started instructions on how to get the app up and running, so that onboarding is a lot easier.
As your development environment becomes more involved (starting DBs, needing environment variables, needing different servers running) its really really helpful to have those instructions loud and clear. And instructions on how to run the tests :)
