Bootloop

Installing on the latest version of Catalina sends my machine into a bootloop on the login screen. It goes to a black screen, doesn't show the login screen, and then continuously shows a spinning pinwheel. MacBook Pro 7,1

I've tested the released fix in a new macOS installation and everything okay.
