[FEATURE REQUEST] offer option for LTSC instead of standard Windows

During the install process, optionally allow for installing LTSC instead of regular Windows.

You can do so by specifying a download url in the compose.yaml

e.g.

VERSION: "https://archive.org/download/Windows10EnterpriseLTSC202164Bit/en-us_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2021_x64_dvd_d289cf96.iso"

instead of:

VERSION: "11"

I've tested linoffice with Windows 10 LTSC instead of regular Windows, and it works nicely

Is this the version that can be permanently activated with MAS etc.? Because dockur/windows supports an LTSC version but it's just some evaluation version that reboots after an hour and can't be activated.

Yes it is.

As long as you set the VERSION to a url of a non-evaluation LTSC install ISO, yes it'll work. That's how I installed LTSC with linoffice.

Note that I didn't use that specific archive.org URL though, so you may want to test that first. I used a different URL.

This is my linoffice that I installed back in September, so I've already been using it for a few months.

I have changed the README a bit in order to mention it. But it's not an interactive option in the installer yet.
