Regarding the file size limits, I'm not sure if I want to add it, for two reasons.

The first is that a messenger usually isn't expected to work as a filehoster or for sending very large files. Most users will just expect to be able to send photos, compressed videos, and maybe a PDF or Office document. So unless a messenger has very low limits to the point that it becomes hard to use as a messenger, it's probably not really worth mentioning the maximum limit.

The second, and probably more important one for me, is that it would be a line that needs constant monitoring and updating. I don't think changes to file size limits are usually advertised in release notes or mentioned in tech news websites. So it's going to be hard to make sure the numbers remain correct after the first piece of research.
