Abstract

We need to implement an Exthereum CLI so users can run Exthereum

Specification

Initially user's should be able to start specify a blockchain based on a basic genesis config file.

We should probably use the Parity CLI as inspiration. They've gone through a few iterations of adding and removing options from the CLI.
