Dialyzer typespecs warnings

_Dialyzer is never wrong!_
And it'll help us find hidden bugs. 

- The current number of warnings is 212 and any contribution that will reduce the number is welcome.
- We should start by removing the content of .dialyzer.ignore-warnings.
- Any special dialyzer issues should be addressed case by case and decided what to do in this thread.
