Can't download plugin via website in Chrome or Edge due to virus warning

I'm running Windows 10 and attempting to download the plugin via Chrome or Edge. When I try to download the plugin through the hookr.io site, my download appears as "Failed - Virus detected" (Chrome) or "hookr-1.0.0b.zip is unsafe to download and was blocked by SmartScreen Filter" (Edge). Also a message from Windows Defender appears reporting that Win32/Spursint.A!cl was found. Perhaps this is a false positive? I found a similar issue occurring within a Google GitHub repo google/material-design-lite#1754

I can download the package fine with FireFox or through GitHub (in any browser) with no warnings.
