Prevents display of contextual Help content in Admin.

Great plugin, folks. But it seems to be preventing the display of the content in the contextual Help tab in the Admin screens, eg, for Dashboard, Jetpack, etc.. A minor problem, and only while developing Helps tabs -- during which case I deactivate Hookr. But thought I should mention this.
