Replace binary name "logbook2" with "logbook"

To avoid conflicts with a previous version of the logbook project implemented in another programming language, the binary name was called "logbook2".

Since the replacement is now good enough for day-to-day use, the old implementation can be deleted, so the binary name can drop the version suffix now.
