feat: Make secrets optional in SDK

Each time with upsert_graph we need to do secrets={} (eg: https://github.com/NiveditJain/WhatPeopleWant/blob/93060dff69d297c1c2fe43752f15913159350ab7/register.py#L17) which is annoying.
