Data preparation and configs for Waymo dataset

Hi authors! Thanks for your excellent works!

I have two questions regarding training on the Waymo dataset:

1. As mentioned in data_preparation.md, training and testing on the nuScenes dataset requires 2D annotations and temporal information. Are similar requirements needed for the Waymo dataset? If so, is the data processing code available?
2. Is the training config for the Waymo dataset available?
