Did a scan on virustotal and don't know if it's a false positive or not

I ran the CLI .exe file for Windows through both My Windows Defender and VirusTotal(Defender didn't have any flags, but virustotal did). It shown two flags. It got flagged by both "MaxSecure" and the other flag comes from "VBA32". I'm asking if it's a false positive or not. I heard that less than 5 flags are a false positive, but I wanted to make sure and ask anyone who might be able to help me resolve the issue. I just made the acc here today to make a report about the issue.
