Display timestamps via $[unixtime ] mfm #2
Description
Localized time can be displayed in mfm via $[unixtime 2147483648]. This would be a neat feature to use!
To support instances without mfm support, I suggest displaying the unix mfm in addition to the already existing timestamps, maybe in parenthesis afterwards.
(i'd implement this myself, but don't have a computer rn and my github account is a bit borked.)
