I2C pullup issue #5

Hello,
I think there is a trouble on the PCB.
on this picture, we can see pullup resistors for I2C but for me, these resistors should be connected to VCC.
with this configuration, we can have some issue ( I was in this case).After debug with a logic analyser, I saw only one clock, a beguining of transmission ( but without clock) and nothing else.
Just for testing, I removed these 2 resistors and it work fine
