http is not redirected to https and old unsecure links

Dear @evergreen-library-system team,

I contact you because http://evergreen-ils.org/ is not redirected to https://evergreen-ils.org/.

And in there are always old links in this organization and code, for example here:

• https://github.com/evergreen-library-system (at top)
• https://github.com/evergreen-library-system/Evergreen (at right)
• https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aevergreen-library-system+http%3A%2F%2Fevergreen-ils.org%2F&type=code
• ...

Note:

• http://www.* is redirected to http://*
• https://www.* is redirected to https://*

It is very good to have dropped the www but it is not perfect yet ^^

Can you solve the hosting settings, GitHub organization settings, source code?
