Strongbox Keys purchased from Webshop count to loot received

As I understand it, the only place you can get keys is from the WebShop currently, so we need to be filtering that out in the loot messages so they don't count to positive return.

Alternatively, the ability to turn on or off such filters may be an option.

Also, if not already doing so, refined resources need to be filtered out also.

It can be good to exclude also mining, or ad a mining cost counter :p
