Get rid of macOS 10.7 support

iOS 7 or 8 + macOS 10.8 are the deployment targets we should support imo.

Removing 10.7 support means we can remove workarounds for ARC and bugs specific to 10.7.

To find the stuff to be removed, search for 10.7 in the code base.
