Description
We want to provide a great user experience for investors too. A web interface for investors should show: the number of policies in the smart contract (four different status: applied, accepted, expired, paid out), the total value at risk, the current balance of the average risk pool and of the excessive risk pool, the current confidence level, the expected revenue, return on investment for investors.
there are different overall system status, depending on the confidence level:
in normal operation the excessive risk pool is well filled, with the confidence level above a certain threshold (say 99.9% or 90% or 80% whatever works best): in this status no RSC tokens are available for direct sale (no token sale, might still be traded on exchanges), risks are normally covered by the average risk pool, paid by customer premiums.
when the confidence level falls below a certain threshold, new RSC tokens become available for direct sale, and can be bought by investors. this should be shown very visibly, I imagine a big, fat button "buy new tokens now".
