Hello, I am trying to use your jQuery plugin but I am getting this error:

TypeError: $.fn.tooltip.Constructor is undefined

is it connected with the order of my JS resources?

I use those:

    <script src="/js/jquery-2.2.0.min.js"></script>
    <script src="/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
    <script src="/js/bootstrap-confirmation.js"></script>
