make hashrate calculation more accurate #391

Describe the feature
Currently it naively takes a 15s hardcoded time to show the hash rate, which differs explorer to explorer.
Solutions
- average block time(last 100 blocks)
- mean block time(last 100 blocks)
- average difficulty? (last 100 blocks)
