waveform doesn't update on reload of same-named file when file has changed

Hi. I have run into an interesting issue in PaulXStretch 1.6.0 on MacOS 10.13.6 using the standalone application.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open PaulXStretch
2. Drag a file onto the waveform portion of the window, or open from file browser
3. Open the file in a sound editor of your choice and make changes, like adding 10 seconds of silence to start and end of file
4. Go back to PaulXStretch and re-open the file, either via drag-and-drop or via the file browser

Current behavior: the graphical waveform will not update from the waveform of the original, same-named file; the only way to deal with this is the quit and relaunch PaulXStretch

Desired behavior: the waveform updates when a same-named file is reloaded

Thanks, I found the cause of that, and it will be fixed in the 1.6.1 release
