Provide the ability to switch between sending Gremlin scripts over the wire or stored procedures

Presently Bulbs sends each Gremlin script with each request. 

Now that Rexster and Titan support stored procedures, we should provide the options to switch between sending scripts over the wire for testing and debugging and executing them as stored procedures for production.
