Clt dimensionless data issue with the scaling factor

When cmorizing cloud area fraction data (in oifs tcc output is in 0-1 fraction and the unit is "1"), the clt output has the correct unit "%" but the data are divided by 100 instead of being multiplied by 100 to be 0-100%. 

I tried to specify the unit in the yaml file as "frac" but it is not a defined unit type for tcc so it did not work.
