Skin type icons are not available on image server

The type icons for the skins are not available on the image server.

Example for type id 84345 (Squall Deathglow Remnant SKIN) where the expected url on the image server would be https://images.evetech.net/types/84345/icon?size=32

This issue is consistent over all skins, another example 42588 (Paladin Purity of the Throne SKIN) where the expected image url would be https://images.evetech.net/types/42588/icon?size=32
