Encoding is defined as x-mac-cyrillic but it's 1251 really #15
Description
Hello.
I try to get encoding for attached file. But I get x-mac-cyrillic instead of 1251.
And I get 1251 normally in mozilla firefox, ms word, notepad++. But not in ude library.
