[FoxyTab] Country flags DB seems outdated

The geo IP database for the country flags seems outdated.

Example: SoundCloud at 52.84.150.52 shows up as if it were in Hong Kong, however that IP is by Amazon in the US according to the various services queried by https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup.

FoxyTab is due for an update but I have been working on other addons.
As soon as they are finished, I will work on FoxyTab's update.
