Make it easier to help with website

suggestion 1: start off https://github.com/erlef/website/blob/main/README.md with the fact this is the repo for source for https://erlef.org/
suggestion 2: right after suggestion 1, put a section on 'how you can help'
suggestion 3: right after suggestion 2, write more in readme about how the erlef site is built drinking our own champagne. For example, if you weren't already an experience Phoenix user (eg understand "Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server" you wouldn't realize the website is base on phoenix, and why it's based on phoenix, and how wonderful phoenix is. Ditto all the other components it uses.
Suggestion 4: down at bottom of erlef.org home page, put link githup repo

Get these ahead of the details you currently have. Right now the repo is for those who are already helping and know how it's set up. You need to focus it on how to let others help so the whole community can contribute, as well as it should be 'advertising' for how great our ecosystem is.

2. I believe Update README.md #76 could be used for suggestion 2
3. Yes, it doesn't hurt to add a link to the Phoenix website, and why it's the most loved web framework
4. The erlef.org website footer already has a "Get in Touch" section with a link to the GitHub organization, and from there, it's only one more click to get to this website repo. I believe that this discoverability is pretty good, without being too noisy.
