Tooltips overlap on Journal notes and can't be disabled.

If you have the Wall Height module active, even if it's not active within a given scene, any journal notes in that scene have the tool tip for wall height overlapping on top of them and obscure their text and image.

That is from Levels not Wall height, and you can disable it in the Levels settings.
