Stardate is incorrect

Stardate looks like it is the global value. Each ship should have it's own startdate, incremented for any command entered.

Both are true in this port, keep in mind the model here is quite a bit different than the original where it was based on "everyone having a turn". Here the global stardate are the number of sweeps through the time-consuming move stuff, and the player date is based on their time-consuming-moves.

As the game has never been played at scale, I don't know how well this is working.
