We should be able to automatically increment versions in all files that have version info.

Once (if) this project gets to v1.0.0, there should be a shell script to go through all the files in this folder, and increment the version info. For example, in the main .cls file, the header claims:

%%	LaTeX Class for making pretty compact proposal documents for NSF etc.
%%	Eric Barefoot
%%	Feb 2018

which is clearly untrue. The Feb 2018 should be able to be incremented, along with a version number.
