Notes:
- First thing you see should be an example of how life changing the local mode is.
- We dont need the breaking changes, this hasnt really gone out to anyone before
- Installing the gh cli needs to be referened as a requirement but the details can be near the bottom of the document.
Basically this is the first thing people see when they come to the repo and the readme needs to sell them on the "top of the fold". Then we can give details about installing, then details about what it can do, then "support" things
