P2: Tastefully include more ghost emojis #20
Description
The tool is called "ghouls" but doesn't have enough ghost-themed elements! We should add tasteful ghost emojis throughout the UI.
Suggestions
- Add ghost emoji to success messages
- Include ghost emoji in the tool banner/header
- Use ghost emoji for deletion confirmations
- Keep it tasteful and not overwhelming
- Consider different ghost variations (👻 🎃 💀) for different contexts
