release fix to https to PyPi #23
Description
In torrequest==0.1.0 that's on PyPi, there's a bug that is fixed in the branch.
The key value in the proxy dictionary has a colon for https.
The key should be "https", but instead is currently is "https:"
Would you be able to release it to PyPi?
