Add alias -command

e.g. `alias i info`. or `alias i for info` ? `shorthand i for info`?

Needs to disallow overriding existing commands. Maybe these shuold not be usable in timers, or the alias should be expanded when the timer is created (so a timer command can't get invalid later on by an alias).

Similarly `unalias` or `remove alias`?
