Add NFT support to DevWallet #7

Summary
Add support for managing and interacting with NFTs to helpwith testing/development involving NFT assets.
Expected Outcome
- Users can view their NFT holdings in the wallet UI.
- Ability to transfer NFTs to and from the wallet.
- Support for popular NFT standards (e.g., ERC-721, ERC-1155).
- Basic display of NFT metadata (name, image, description) within the wallet.
